Late posting this, but I guess it gives me time to bring in the good news. After a day off on Wednesday I hit the gym Thursday night for a 3.5 mile run. It must really be true that those first two miles are the worst, because I really tried talking myself into quiting about a mile in. Luckily, I was too determined to listen to that so I made it through, though in horrible time.
The good news of the bunch is as of this morning I’ve hit the 90lb mark in weight loss. If all goes well then I’m still on track to hit 100 by the beginning of April. If I can lose 100 lbs in less than a year that will be a major accomplishment…I say that with no intent on diminishing hitting 90lbs in less than a year, but a 3-digit number would be nicer.
