Wow.. I let the ball drop on this, didn’t I? I was on a roll for a long time and now it has been 12 days since my last update. Sorry to both of my followers for the laziness.
Well, here we are… 2 days from the culmination of this training. To keep with the theme of this blog post (training), I’ll just give you a recap of the training. I’ll write another post later about the rest.
Today I got in a “shake out” run. A short, 1.85 mile, very slow run. I didn’t put much energy into it, I just got out and loosened up my legs. I’m ready to go.
With training almost done I just have to remember that I’ve trained, I’m ready, it is time to go.
