… I had the answer to my weight loss over the past few days. Despite feeling like I have devoured everything in sight the past 3 days I have managed to drop 3.2lbs since Sunday. Overall I’ve dropped 5.2lbs in the past week. I don’t have any answers except to say that I have been drinking loads of water, eating on a regular schedule, and exercising as I should.
As shown on the chart below I am well ahead of the blue line (blue line represents where I need to be to achieve my target by May 31st). Great news is I am almost there… I expect next week to regress some, but right now my BMI is less than a point away from where I want it to be. #winning
