Another week, another victory! While I only dropped 0.8lbs this past week I did so while healthy. The numbers last week are somewhat artificial. Sure it shows I dropped 3.2lbs, but some of that was because I had a stomach bug on Monday and Tuesday and barely ate. This time I had a full week without any bugs and put up good numbers. While it was only 0.8lbs, it also put me at my lowest mark. Today is the lowest I’ve weighed-in in I don’t know how long. 15 years? I wish I knew, but I don’t. I’m only 2.1lbs from my next major goal, one that 2 years ago seemed foolish to think I’d ever have. As of today I’m down 126lbs and I still have 4 months until the 2-year anniversary of when I started this endeavor. I only have 14lbs to go to reach my ultimate goal, and if you look at the trend-line below you’ll see I’m well below that.
A bit of explanation on this graph: the red line is my “trend”. The app calculates my 7-day variation and predicts this is where I’ll be based on that. Obviously, by looking at this graph, you can see I fluctuated BIG TIME last week, but that was because of the stomach bug I had. You can see the daily lines that are downward trending. I suspect tomorrow I’ll have a red line that goes down, instead of up. The blue line is my goal line. The app is configured to my goal of reaching my target weight by May 31st, 2012. Based on when I entered that goal this line symbolizes where I need to be in order to hit that. As long as I’m below that line, I’m on track. You can see there has been a few days that haven’t been below it, but most are and that is a good thing.
